Billys body found beside a road after more than 48 hours Scholz described lifting Billy in his car and taking him to a shack behind the Scholz home where he allegedly attempted sexual mistreatment. Authorities questioned the detail of the car given in Scholzs account and noted the body site was near the Scholz residence. Billy was an A student at Crete Monee schools Scholz described as average.
