Richard the Lion Hearted King of England
Uncle Ray recounts Richard I known as Coeur de Lion. He ruled England ten years but spent six months there, led crusades, and used sham elections to fund campaigns. Born in France to Norman English lineage and Eleanor of Aquitaine, he became Duke of Aquitaine and earned fame for battlefield prowess and long reach with the sword.
