Randolph May Build Schools Office Instead of Courthouse Addition
Randolph County commissioners consider not adding to the courthouse and instead creating a central school administration building. Move of welfare offices to the old Central School could free space for a new court reform program and magistrate offices, saving at least 50 000 dollars. The Asheboro City School Board may lease the old welfare area from the county, with the county paying 1 dollar annually.
