Variances Sought for Guilford County Zoning Requests
Two requests for variances from Guilford County zoning rules will go before the Board of Adjustment in Greensboro. Holt Smith for East Highlands Co. seeks to establish a storage building for a non conforming business in a residential area off State Road 1145. Andrew Graham seeks a mobile home in an agricultural district on the Clarence Mackay Property on Bundy Road. The meeting begins at 8 p.m. January 20 at the Guilford County Administration Building with Dr. Robert M. Fox presiding.
