Ladies Committee Named for Dedication Ceremonies at Furniture Market
Officials of the Southern Furniture Exposition Building announced the appointment of a special Ladies Committee to assist in the open day ceremonies of the 60th semi annual furniture market. The high point will be the dedication of a new 61000 square foot addition with Governors Hodges of North Carolina and Stanley of Virginia attending. The committee will welcome the governor’s wife and other women visitors. chairwoman Mrs Doak Finch of Thomasville is joined by Mrs Henry Foscue and others from High Point and Mebane.
