Two Boys on Probation for Theft in Local Case
Two youths, William J. Crow Ell Jr., 18, and W Fulp, 21, both from Rt. 4 High Point, admitted stealing two automobile wheels with tires from John Franklin Osborne’s wrecked car after a December 21 crash at the Jamestown curve. They received four months suspended on strict probation. Judge D C MacRae presided in municipal court yesterday afternoon.
