Forty Army cots moved into the Capitol for weary senators during round the clock civil rights sessions starting next week. Cots set in committee rooms and cloak rooms near the Senate. many will sleep on couches in offices ready to roll out for quorum calls. Lyndon B Johnson urged continuous sessions to push a vote amid a Southern filibuster.
