Coastal North Carolina Sees Second Snowfall of Week
The Associated Press reports a coastal area in North Carolina received nearly three inches of snow in the Fayetteville region as a second snowfall of the week. Snow began around 6:30 am with accumulations reaching Raleigh Elizabeth City Goldsboro Rocky Mount and the Fayetteville Wilmington corridor. Hazardous driving warnings were in effect as more than two inches fell by early afternoon.
