Three Jailed For Robbing Apex Bank
RALEIGH Feb 23 three men and a woman were jailed on charges of complicity in December bank robbery at the Apex branch of the Page Trust company. C C Wilson 39 and his brother also named Wilson 35 are jailed with Mrs Lela Simon 38. Evidence tied to cloth scraps from Mrs Simon’s home. J M Herndon cashier was bound and $2245 was taken. Bonds set at $5000 each.
