Hairstyling Contest Winners Highlight North Carolina Convention

At the North Carolina Hairdressers and Cosmetologists Association biannual convention the ballroom at the Sheraton hosted a hairstyling contest. Winners were Inez Schaller of Hendersonville first and Blanche Mann of High Point second, each receiving silver cups, with six contestants total.
