RALEIGH Feb 22 The legislature returns from week end recess to finish the biennial revenue bill in the house and dispose of the nine month school bill in the senate. The house rejected 47 38 a sales tax cut proposal and the wine control measure remains on the calendar. A joint appropriations subcommittee will report the biennial spending bill tomorrow for floor action later in the week.
