A 40-PLUS policy offers 3100 per week direct to you for up to 52 weeks of hospital confinement. Benefits restart after six months if hospitalized again, with pre existing conditions covered after two years. Coverage starts after 30 days for sickness and is portable to any hospital, excluding specific facilities and certain conditions.
The notice promotes a plan for people over 40 with no qualifications during a fixed enrollment period. It requires mailing a form with one dollar, sets a midnight postmark deadline, and promises same day policy issuance if received. A 10 day return policy refunds the dollar with no obligation.
The plan costs 1.00 for the first month then 3.95 monthly until 65 and 6.95 after 65. A deadline limits enrollment to a fixed period and requires postmark by that date for acceptance.
