Emma Blair School PTA met in the school auditorium with guest speaker Dr. Dean B. Pruette. Devotionals were given by Mrs. Vera Smith’s sixth grade and the glee club sang several numbers. Attendance banners for February were won by Mrs. Marguerite Currie’s first grade and Mrs. Vera Smith’s sixth grade. The Archdale PTA will meet Monday at 7 30 p.m. A two act play will stress PTA importance, with a surprise for parents after the program. Sweaters care tips follow.

Twenty Robins Club members from the YWCA dined Thursday evening at the Plantation Supper Club. After dinner they stayed for a floor show where Jerry Cooper sang Red Red Robin in Jolson style and dedicated it to the group. The club plans a Thursday 7:30 p.m. meeting at Adams Memorial YWCA and will attend the Little Theater production The Curious Savage.
