National computerized student data system eyed for all children
A migrant education program started in 1969 now tracks about 350000 public school pupils and may expand to include every child in the nation. The system at the University of Arkansas Medical School in Little Rock logs school records, health history, test scores, and subject strengths and weaknesses for quick access by teachers.
