Allen Hall, a key witness in the Wilmington 10 case, received a two year prison term after a parole violation risk. Hall, on parole for a 1971 Wilmington racial disturbances conviction, could be recalled to serve earlier if parole is revoked. His testimony helped convict ten others, and he has since repudiated it as federal probes continue.
