Location of Massage Parlors Questioned By Board
Greensboro officials weigh county wide rules on massage parlors as a zoning issue. Commissioner Maxwell proposes placing personal services like beauty shops and barber shops as special exceptions to allow public input while not banning them. The board notes county control is limited to rural areas outside city limits and awaits state action. The session also approved expanding a family planning program to Davidson Davie and Yadkin counties and voted to pave part of Barbour Road with county costs of 1785.
