Lenoir Rhyne 31 2 defeated Appalachian 71 67 as Pembroke beat Wofford 87 63 for third. Guilford defeated Hampden Sydney 99 84 to win Triad Classic. Atlantic Christian and Western Carolina entries faded in Newcastle and NYAC events. Conference play looms with Atlantic Christian at Western Carolina, Guilford at Catawba, and Lenoir Rhyne at Elon.
