Parity ratio drops to lowest since 1942

In Aulander North Carolina robbers used a stolen wrecking truck with a derrick to break into the Bank of Aulander and lift out about $35,000 from a vault, while a nearby resident heard a rumbling at about 8 am and police and the FBI investigated. The bank is a branch of the Bank of Ahoskie and the vault reportedly held about $85,000.
