Photo released by the Japanese Self Defense Force shows one of two Soviet Tupolev bombers sighted Saturday over the Sea of Japan about 50 miles north of central Japan. Her granddaughter-in-law recalls a fall last February that led to a hip injury and her continued mobility with a walker or by dragging it along. Noblin remains sharp and humorous describing past feats like biting a straight pin from a chair with her teeth as a boy.
