Temperatures dipped to 2 below zero in Wisconsin while Fargo North Dakota reported 16 inches of snow and more flurries were seen in the Great Lakes region. Rain was expected in the Pacific Northwest extending toward northern California with cold conditions continuing in the Mid Atlantic and Great Lakes tomorrow morning.
