Court Removes Mrs. Bohannon Trotman as Guardian
In Winston-Salem on December 24, Judge W. E. Church removed Mrs. Maude Bohannon Trotman as guardian of F. M. Bohannon's four grandchildren amid a $700,000 estate shortfall claim. The guardianship loss follows allegations of misappropriation by Charlotte attorney W. T. Shore, tied to the trust formed under the bonding company. The court impounded remaining assets and set aside specific grandchild allocations.
