Bonds Is a Vote for Better Schools in High Point Township
The Central High School consolidates all area high schools and does not affect grades below eighth. Bond issue capped at 600000 with 20 to 30 year terms at 6 percent interest. Governance by seven member board split five to two city and township. Maintenance tax 10 to 20 cents per 100 valuation. New registration required with dates and polling place registrars listed. Transportation provided for non walking pupils with costs from the school budget.
