Governor's People Man reports high satisfaction in 1974 75
Fred Gallagher's second annual report shows 4 484 cases handled by the People's Man in 1974 75 with 72 percent fully satisfied and 7 percent somewhat satisfied. Earlier year totals were 3 263 cases and 545 percent satisfied. He highlights cases speeding aid on water supply and DMV policy changes, and notes Employment Security delays drove citizens to seek help.
