Plaintiffs name F Logan Porter P H Johnson A E Taplin R E B Snow of High Point and C H Merriner of Charlotte as defendants alleging payment on the notes was guaranteed by them and by others not party to the action. The complaint outlines the guarantee terms and case specifics.
