Decline of Dooley medical mission in Laos amid war
In Ban Houei Sai Laos three young Americans continue Dooley Foundation care after Dr Thomas Dooley’s death. The clinic operates on a shoestring with limited staff and supplies and plans to expand field work only within an 18 mile radius while avoiding Pathet Lao areas.
