Councilman Balks At Proposal For Oak Hollow Tennis Fees
Enterprise City Editor Forrest Cates reports opposition to a plan to sell annual tennis memberships at Oak Hollow Park Brooks Reitzel Tennis Center. Arnold Koonce argues for a trial year of hourly rates before any annual fees, with six courts reserved for members and fees set at 50 dollars per year per adult plus 25 dollars for each additional adult and 15 dollars per child. The proposal, sent to the finance committee, would apply only to Oak Hollow. Blair Park memberships remain unused for special privileges. The council postponed action to study the plan.
