License plates on sale Tuesday in city and state

State and city license tags go on sale tomorrow morning December 15 at 9 o clock. They may be obtained at the Carolina Motor club office 213 North Main street each weekday from 9 a m to 4 p m. Mrs Millard Todd says extra help is ready and owners should get plates early to avoid a rush. President Roosevelt to land in South Atlantic voyage

Marvin McIntyre, secretary to President Roosevelt, arrived in Charleston to inspect plans for the debarkation of the president from the cruiser Indianapolis.
