Man Appeals Sentence To Prison Involves Multiple Defendants
Raleigh Grant of Richardson Street was sentenced to four to five years in Superior Court for involuntary manslaughter after a pre sentencing diagnostic study. He appealed the sentence and posted a five thousand dollar appeal bond. A charge against Eugene Moore was reduced to contributing to the delinquency of a minor with an 18 to 24 month term.
