Green Street Baptist Church Education Building Nears Completion

Green Street Baptist Church advances its Educational Building toward completion on Man Ave at E Green St. The 47 000 square foot four story gray stone structure, designed by Archie Davis, includes nurseries, classrooms, a chapel, and staff offices with air conditioning. It increases total capacity to 3 098, surpassing current 1 210. Judge Walter Crissman leads Sunday School. Roy B. Culler Sr. chairs the Building Committee.
