Learned To Walk Again Through Gait Training
About 2 500 patients have benefited from gait training at a hospital Physical Therapy unit. The program teaches people to walk using braces, crutches, canes or artificial legs, including stairs, curbs, ramps and uneven terrain. A new outdoor gymnasium and walking court supports rehabilitation for all ages.
