Traffic signals linked by new master controller plan

A proposed master controller will tie N Main traffic lights to Ray and Oxford Court into a single system. Nine secondary controllers are ordered, with four delivered and one at Bay, all to be installed by January. By July traffic should flow more rapidly and orderly, reducing stoppages yet the exact benefits remain to be seen.
