About 250 Randolph District Boy Scouts began a fall camp at Purgatory Mountain designated as a primitive state park. The 1,100 acre site hosts camping and winter use with rules in preparation. 82nd Airborne at Fort Bragg plans to use the site for personnel drops next year.
