From MIBRALTAR to MADRID reports say a Spanish insurgent warship intercepted a Russian steamer off Point Ceuta and forced it to retreat toward Ceuta as air raids intensified over Madrid. Fort Bragg Soldier Dies by Self Inflicted Wound

Sgt. Samuel Frazey, 47, of the 2nd Balloon Squadron, a 20 year Army veteran, was found dead with a self inflicted bullet wound in the air corps hanger operations office at Fort Bragg.
