Greensboro Daily News reports medical tests show trooper Garland Fisher was killed by a .38 caliber pistol shot. Suspect Reuben Conley of Atlanta, 33, accused of abducting Fisher in Dinwiddie County Va. and dying after a roadblock shootout on I-85 near Durham. Most injuries were from a shotgun blast to the windshield but fatal shots came from a .38 caliber weapon.
