American Theatre to Offer De Luxe Shows in Carolinas
The management aims to make the American the best picture theatre in the Carolinas. Starting Tuesday it opens at 1 PM daily and runs until 11 PM with a two hour program and a two minute intermission. Shows at 1 3 7 and 9 PM with admission 10 40 cents before 6 PM and 50 cents after. children 10 cents. De luxe performances feature full orchestra vocal and instrumental solos and stage features at 3 7 and 9 PM. Weekly program changes on Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays. Concert by American Orchestra with Overture Light Cavalry conducted by Arthur G Austin. Education comedy Grandma's Girl by Grady Miller with the California Four. Screen feature Yolanda starring Marion Davies.
