Suit for damages filed over knee injury at factory
Ozment of this city filed suit yesterday in Mason county court seeking 25000 for damages after a knee injury at a factory. He alleges negligence by the defendant caused a fall into revolving cog wheels while working under supervisor Hepler and foreman Giles, leaving a permanently injured knee and medical expenses. He alleges he was urged to return to work and walked home, worsening the injury. Attorneys Glidewell and Mayberry of Reidsville, FE D. Broadhurst, and R. M. Robinson of Greensboro represent the plaintiff.
