Race Track Sold in Florida Finalizes Buyout
A group led by Frederick BE. Ballon and Richard West completed a controlling stake purchase of Sunshine Park in OLDSMAR Florida from Samuel Lombardo and John Masoni. The new board chair Ballon plans two barns and a five year beautification program. W Frank Hobbs remains president and general manager.
