When Good Bacteria Survive After Antibiotics

City considers separate authority for proposed bus system
City officials discuss creating a separate authority to operate a new bus system, appointing a councilside board and hiring an administrator. The plan would be distinct from department control and modeled after the local airport authority, with initial city funding of 350000 dollars and a bond approved to cover startup costs. Voters also approved a five cent tax levy to cover potential deficits.
