City Council authorizes 899000 street improvement bonds under 1915 act to fund paving portions of Hamilton High Dewey Commerce Cable White Oak Walnut streets. City bears at least 55 percent. abutting property taxed for remainder. Publication July 27 1917 with 30 day challenge period.
