Cliff Erickson will assume acting general manager duties at Coble Dairy Products Inc. on September 1 after Fred T. Ridge retires. A 31 year veteran, Erickson has held roles in personnel and sales and most recently served as chief comptroller. He was elected to Davidson County Board of Commissioners in 1974 and is vice president of the Lexington YMCA.
