Women to begin new fitness program at YMCA Health Club
The women’s division of the rocking motion and an alternate YMCA Health Club will start a slimming program tomorrow. New equipment and low calorie dieting accompany an exercising plan to trim inches from the stomach and thighs. The program features the ring roller massage, steam baths, sun room, Yoga classes, and new devices like the barrel roller slenderizer and Figurama couch. Leroy Wilson directs the club.
