Blood Weakness Indicator Developed By Scientists
Atlanta based AP report notes Dr. John A. Ambrose of the J.8 Center for Disease Control has developed equipment to test newborns for multiple indicators of mental retardation. He expects testing capacity to expand within five years enabling rapid screening for a wide range of signs and potential dietary interventions.

He earns a 7500 dollar college scholarship and is nicknamed Sam. James Jackson of Lima Ohio finished second earning 5000 dollars. top nine finishers also receive scholarships including Mark Chamberlain Seattle and Edgar Fearnow III Ephrate.
