Winston Salem AP report says a court fight between Hanes Hosiery and the NLRB centers on a ruling that employers must provide unions a list of names and addresses of eligible voters. TWUA seeks to represent about 4000 workers at Weeks and Ivy Avenue plants. Hanes challenges the subpoena and may appeal.
