A strange rotor equipped contraption resembling a motor scooter moved through Raleigh streets. It had a helicopter rotor and airplane propeller and landed on the outskirts before being driven into the city under its own power without any modifications.
Senate leaders including Lyndon B. Johnson and Sam Rayburn signal possible adjournment within a week.
