Salisbury V A Hospital patients were guests at a supper hosted by Post 9899 and its auxiliary at the post home in Archdale. Twenty-eight patients a recreation specialist two nursing assistants and the bus driver who brought the group attended the event.
More than 500 women are expected at the North Carolina Unit convention from August 15 to 17 at Lenoir Rhyne College in Hickory. High Point delegates include Mrs. Paul Stout Mrs. Jake Wagner Mrs. Walter Thomas and Mrs. James Wagner of Emmanuel Lutheran Church. Cris Petree from Enterprise was a guest. Leo Maddin and the post auxiliary treated 28 patients with keepsakes and cup cakes as eleven auxiliary and eighteen post members helped host the event. Patients were invited to return later.
A panel at the Southern Furniture Market Center in High Point will address warranties and consumer expectations October 27. Hosted by the National Home Fashions League the event features Joan Z Bernstein and other industry figures to discuss the Magnuson Moss Act and who backs warranties.
Dr Griffithi says care flow serves 37 nations and people should use their resources. He emphasizes training others to use their own skills rather than giving direct aid.
