World Methodist Conference set for Junaluska
Lake Junaluska prepares for the ninth World Methodist Conference September 1 and 2 drawing about 2 500 delegates and 40 nations. Bishop Ivan Lee Holt heads the World Methodist Council with program themes on Methodism in the contemporary world and ecumenical outreach. Notable speakers include Sir Hugh Foot George Thomas Charles Coulson and G Baez Ce with closing addresses by Ralph Lockman and Harold Case.
