Russian born sculptor Nisoon Tregor now in Paris finishes an Eisenhower bust in plaster to be cast in bronze in France. He previously modeled Roosevelt and Truman, and met Ike when he posed in a Weisbaden studio after World War II. He works mainly in Europe, living near Florence, and travels widely.
