Grange Reenters North Carolina With State Meeting
Raleigh reports the 60 year old Grange has reentered North Carolina with about 100 local Granges and over 1 000 members in Rowan county. The 1930 state meeting is set for Salisbury October 1 to 3 with around 1 000 delegates expected. Dr Clarence Poe says the Grange is here to stay as a foundation for cooperative community farming and better practices.
