Tom the Parker Helps Motorists in Baltimore
75 year old Thomas Lewis, known as Tom the Parker, has tended meters and car needs for 43 years in Baltimore. He feeds meters, washes cars, watches grandchildren, and claims no thefts under his care. He works 10 hours daily, six days a week, and says he is the only one doing this in the city.
