NC Arthritis Foundation license sparks state criticism
Clifton Jones of Chapel Hill, a North Carolina Arthritis Foundation board member, blasts the Department of Social Services for re issuing a fund raising license. He urges Gov. Bob Scott to order a full investigation and suspend the license until review is complete.
